Piphex Orb Privacy Policy

Gizmolife Media provides Piphex Orb, an AI-powered voice and text character companion. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the app.

Information you provide

When you speak or type to Piphex, the app sends that content to our service so a response can be generated. Microphone access is used only when you use voice features. The app does not require an account.

Personal memory

Optional preferences and memories that you explicitly choose to save are stored locally on your device. They may include a preferred name, favorite topics, spoiler preferences, and conversation style. You can clear this information from inside the app.

Service providers

Voice and text requests may be processed by service providers that help operate the app, including OpenAI for AI and speech services and ElevenLabs for voice generation. Information is sent only as needed to provide the requested feature and is subject to those providers' privacy and data-handling terms.

Technical information

Our hosting service may temporarily process standard network information, such as an IP address, request time, and basic error details, to deliver the service, prevent abuse, and maintain security. We do not use this information for advertising or tracking.

How we use information

Information is used to respond to requests, provide voice conversation, remember preferences you choose to save, protect the service from misuse, and diagnose technical problems.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal information. We do not use third-party advertising trackers. We do not request precise location, contacts, photos, health information, or payment information.

Children

Piphex Orb is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Your choices

You may deny microphone permission and use typed conversation instead. You may clear saved preferences in the app. You may stop further processing by discontinuing use of the app.

Changes

We may update this policy when the app or its services change. The effective date above will be updated when changes are made.
